Chef Taylor Domet's Bio
Meet Heirloom's Managing Chef, Taylor Domet. Chef Taylor grew up in Tucson and relocated to
the Phoenix Metro area several
years ago to attend Scottsdale
Culinary Institute. He enhanced
his culinary training further at
Binkley's, Lon's at the Hermosa
Inn, Mary Elaine's at The
Phoenician and Chef Michael's
former restaurant, Michael's at
the Citadel.
Since graduating, Chef Taylor's
culinary career has included
positions at Roy's Hawaiian
Fusion Scottsdale and Different
Pointe of View, Pointe Hilton
Tapatio Cliffs, where he gained
experience in all positions of
the professional kitchen. He
also designed and executed the
restaurantâs menus for such
notable events as the American
Liver Alliance "Flavors of
Phoenix" and Share Our
Strength's "Taste of the
Nation." |

Chef Taylor has been associated
with M Catering by Michael's for
several years, including four
years as Executive Sous Chef of
the catering kitchens at the
well-attended Waste Management
Phoenix Open. Prior to accepting
the position of Managing Chef at
Heirloom, he was Executive Chef
of Main Course, another business
entity of M Culinary Concepts,
which provides innovative meal
service to businesses within
their on-site dining facilities,
as well as at VIP events,
special meetings and holiday
parties.
When not in the
kitchen at Heirloom, Chef Taylor
has an active life, which
includes working out and
snowboarding. |
